orange julep

It's still summer. There will be no talk of autumn related things around here until the end of September. We enjoyed the gorgeous September sun with a trip to Orange Julep, where you can buy the most delicious creamiscle flavoured drinks from a gigantic orange sphere.

Yes, THANK YOU. It is still summer, why is everyone so obsessed with it being fall? Let's make this season last people. Because soon enough they'll be complaining about how they're sick of sweaters...
ReplyDeleteAnyway, now that I'm done ranting, these photos are gorgeous. I want to go to there.
And I'm just curious, but do you guys speak French? Is it necessary to know it when you're living in Montréal?
I loved orange julep! We used to have them near us. Now you have me craving one! :-) And I'm sorry, but bye bye summer! I love the Fall! It's my favorite! I've been waiting longingly for it to get here!! ^_^ Go ahead! Enjoy your fleeting season if you like though. :-) And no, I don't speak french. Hubby took 2 years of french in high school. I'm embarrassed to tell you what he remembers...so I won't! ^_^ Have a happy few good last days of summer!
ReplyDeleteWhat a neat spot! And I agree, I don't like talking about fall yet either!
ReplyDeleteWow that place makes for some awesome photo ops!
ReplyDeleteCool!

Vanessa - Alex speaks French. Although you really don't need it to live here, it makes things easier. I can (more or less) read it. I understand enough to get by - still learning!
ReplyDeleteLove these photos! So dreamy!

ReplyDeleteOrange is one of my favourite colours, so I love these photos! I'll be in Montreal soon and I can't wait for all the photo opportunities...
ReplyDeleteVanessa took the words right out of my mouth - THANK YOU, ha! It is still summer and I, too, don't know why everyone is already talking about fall. I want to hold onto summer as long as possible! Really interesting restaurant attraction. : P
