kayaking down the lachine canal

oooh i'm going kayaking tomorrow actually in alberta and this has gotten me so pumped up...

I'm leaving for Montreal on Sunday! maybe I can cajole my family into trying this with me!

I was there last year and it was one of the highlight during my trip in Montreal. I went in July so the breeze was so cool and nice. It was fun and does not cost too much.

i would absolutely love to try kayaking! i canoe & paddleboat, but never kayak.

That looks like a fun-filled day for you guys. Canal de Lachine is a great place to kayak indeed. I enjoyed looking at those pictures.

You guys look great there. It is good to know that they do not allow motorized boats there in Canal de Lachine.

With a crystal clear water like that, I wouldn't bat an eyelash going there instead of the white water rafting gatlinburg where I am just so used to.
