*Sometimes the waves are too rough to swim in the ocean and you need a break from salt water.
At least, this is how we justified using the hotel pool when there were so many gorgeous beaches nearby.
You know it's a rough day when you need to make a choice between the ocean and a pool.

ReplyDeleteI prefer pools because of the lack of sand. I hate how sand gets everywhere and is so hard to clean off!
ReplyDeleteYeah, it must be tough for the hotels to get the sand out of everything. Seaside living seems so romantic until you consider the clean up.
DeleteI love the beach for the views, pools are prettiest at night.

Late night swimming is the best! I grew up doing it in Winnipeg though, so we had to fight off mosquitos...
DeleteI prefer the pools, the ocean scares me a little
ReplyDeleteha, me too! I went snorkelling a lot on this trip, but I was terrified. People keep sending me videos of the most disgusting sea creatures and I do not want to encounter anything like that when I don't have full control of my extremities.
DeleteBeautiful pictures!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Helen!
DeleteThat first picture is too gorgeous! Thanks so much for sharing
