The owners of the Ice House own quite a bit of land around the property. We went for a hike, got lost, and took way too many photos.
Alex saw these weird little mushroom things and told me that he and his friends used to poke them with sticks (when he was in scouts) and a green cloud would come out of them. You can't really see it all that well in the photo because I didn't want to get too close to it. Thanks to the magic of the internet, we've learned that they're called puffballs!
This was a good day.

Oh, you guys are too nice. It's not like I'm rushing to put up photos of myself where my hair looks awful! But, if you're looking for a tip... a dime sized amount of coconut oil goes a long way.
