la tour eiffel

Parisians are so lucky to have such a beautiful monument in their skyline. Even though we'd been to Paris before, I couldn't help but get a little excited when we saw it. All this short layover did was whet my appetite and I've been daydreaming about going back ever since. Wouldn't it be lovely to have a picnic, next to La Tour Eiffel, at Champ de Mars, in the summer? - Mina

I am so jealous of all your travels. Being in college definitely does not help my want to travel at all! I've always wanted to go to Paris, just to see this beautiful monument in person!

ReplyDeleteBeautiful! Was this your first time there? My husband and I are going backpacking through Europe, Paris is on our itinerary and is it odd that looking at your photos I'm hoping it rains at least a little? Ha. These are gorgeous, hope we have moments like this.

A trip to Paris just isn't complete without getting to see the Eiffel Tour. Even if it's just the very top, over rooftops... It's so special!

ReplyDeleteI don't care how cliché some people consider it...it is MAGICAL and will always be breathtaking! xo
ReplyDeleteThe Eiffel Tower!! I would be so excited to see that in person! So pretty, especially all lit up like that!
ReplyDeleteIn both my times in Paris, I'd get butterflies every time the Eiffel Tower popped into view. Really and truly so beautiful.
ReplyDeleteWilly the Prince - I think this one was taken with the 50mm lens... but it could have been the 24-105L. We adjust the settings according to the lighting conditions (on Manual)... but when we get other people to take photos of us, sometimes we just switch it to Auto for them.
ReplyDeleteWhat absolutely beautiful photos. And you are such a beautiful couple, you really are.
ReplyDeleteThis blog is incredibly beautiful.. and I need to stop saying beautiful!
Great photos! I particularly like the black and white compositions.
ReplyDeleteIt doesn't hurt that you're both very photogenic, coupled with the world's most famous and beloved icon!
