The weekend before Valentine's Day, we took a short road trip to Quebec City for the annual winter carnival. It's a charming place to visit and we're so glad that we stopped being babies and braved the cold to enjoy some outdoor activities.     Wonderful pictures Mina! I lived in Ottawa for 20+ years and never took the time to make it out to Quebec City. It looks absolutely charming, I'll be adding it to my list of places to visit this summer, since we'll be in Ottawa for a couple weeks in June.

    I've been hearing so much about the Winter Festival! Maybe next time I'm back in NYC, I'll have to brave the cold and make it up for this. Looks like so much fun! Great job with the tilt-shift on the first picture too! =)
