bleu lavande

Sometime in the middle of the summer, we drove 2 hours away from Montreal to Bleu Lavande, the lavender fields in Fitch Bay. There weren't many people around so it was relatively quiet aside from the buzz of the bees as they went from one flower to the next. P.S. I don't make a habit of frolicking through fields. We wanted a self timer shot of us together but I was too tubby to make it back in time. - Mina

  1. Oh my god. After this post alone, I am following you. I have to. These photos are wonderful. You've visited wonderful places. So many places. I can't wait to catch up and read older posts; see what you have experienced, seen, photographed. I am envious, excited. These few pieces of your blog that I have experienced make me miss Aura Joon once more. (I followed her blog from when I first started...until she made the decision to stop.)

  16. I have a comment about the "too tubby" line you used.

When I saw that picture, my first thought wasn't "tubby". My first thought was, "Run Forrest run!". Actually my first thought was, "Hey, nice butt" and then the Forrest Gump thing was a close second.
