This year, we were lucky enough to stroll around Rockefeller Plaza, and watch the ice skaters while drinking peppermint hot chocolate. Last year (and every year before) we watched Home Alone around Xmas. This year we got to make a wish at the tree a la Home Alone 2 which, as far as sequels go, is one of the best! Merry Christmas Eve Eve everyone!

ahhhh all the lights - so so pretty! every holiday season i watch home alone 1 & 2 SEVERAL times with my younger brothers - it's a tradition :) we even watch watch home along 3 at least twice.....(and home alone 4 once...yes, there's a home alone 4. and it sucks.)
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas Eve 3
You've just reminded me that of all the Christmas movies I've tracked down for tomorrow and Saturday--Elf, Love Actually, the Grinch, the Santa Clause, Frosty, Rudolph--I forgot all of the Home Alones! And I definitely think #2 is my favorite of them, too. I miss living in NYC around the holidays, but I don't miss the cold that accompanies that. San Francisco's rainy 50 degrees is chilly enough for me!
ReplyDeleteYou forgot about Toy Story 2! AMAZING sequel.
ReplyDeleteHome Alone 2: Lost in New York - SO good! Thanks for taking us to the Rockerfella Centre with you!
